It was a quick oil change and tire rotation

The service was quick but efficient. They did let me know of additional things to be taken care of which I appreciated.

Fixed my shudder just by changing the transmission fluid.... awesome job. Cost sucked...but we'll worth it!

Used vehicle purchase. Faulty review mirror camera. Waited for them to order. Ordered wrong one. Initiating second visit. Same vehicle navigation problem. Waited 1hour 45 minutes to find out they couldn't fix it. $500.00 for a $100.00 sd card. They don't know what they are doing.

We ordered a 2025 Blazer in January and took ownership on February 26th. The Blazer was everything we were looking for and the delivery service by the Kudick Chevrolet personell was outstanding.

Work done well and on time

I have brought vehicles in to this dealership before and had similar experiences. I will now be switching to a new dealership. I bring my vehicle in with an issue and I am told that it is not an issue. I have a brand new 2025 GMC elevation and there is a shutter in the transmission. Also an air directional issue and crash detection sensor. These issues were all called in and scheduled before my side mirror was clipped by tree. I wasted my afternoon to drop my vehicle off to be looked at and nothing was determined. I was asked to bring it back once the mirror is fixed. I don’t have time to bring my vehicle in and should not have it fixed the first time.

It was never explained to me what the problem with my vehicle was - just that there was an issue and it was under warranty. I also had to call and ask for a copy of the repair order.

The test drive confirmed which vehicle best suited me. The following day we concluded the negotiation and sale. I'm happily driving my new Trailblazer. Two days later the service department added some accessories that were ordered. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

i had my car towed to Kudick Buick on a Thursday because it kept on stalling on me, and they had it fixed the following day. They had to change out 2 solenoids. The employees at their service desk are very helpful and efficient, and i was back to work on Saturday. Thank you for all your help in a not good situation.

My radiator began leaking and so I had asked if it was under warranty work from when my cam shaft and lifters were replaced. They proceeded to tell me the radiator wouldn’t have been touched during that process but had to refill the coolant after. Went to replace it ourselves and discovered the shroud was bent down underneath and the plastic piece that was under the radiator was bent making it appear that the radiator was not removed like it should have been (googled how to install new cam shaft and lifters and step 2 states to remove the radiator) but instead was pushed out of the way causing these pieces to become bent. They stayed to me the radiator would not be under warranty “due to the fact it is leaking internally” and so they did not want to replace the bent plastic piece that wasn’t even fitting properly but instead they did bend back the shroud and got the plastic piece to attach back on. The front service reps are rude and have always treated me as if I have no clue what I am talking about or asking about. Telling me my brake pads and rotors were always worn due to my hard breaking off the ramps off the interstates. My truck has mainly highway miles and having to replace these both 2-3 times is crazy. I will not bring my vehicle back there for service and I will no longer use kudick to purchase new vehicles.

The staff listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and was able to locate one within days. CJ was friendly and prepared for the day I arrived. We had had a previous telephone conversation. Sue had done prep work for the day of the sale and was organized. The experience was really good and I have purchased and leased cars from Kudick for many, many years and they again did not disappoint.
