Ryan handled my request for test driving a Trax and a Trailblazer within an hour of closing time. I appreciate the accommodations given my disability. The test drive confirmed which vehicle best suited me. The following day we concluded the negotiation and sale. I'm happily driving my new Trailblazer. Two days later the service department added some accessories that were ordered. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Excellent Service

My radiator began leaking and so I had asked if it was under warranty work from when my cam shaft and lifters were replaced. They proceeded to tell me the radiator wouldn’t have been touched during that process but had to refill the coolant after. Went to replace it ourselves and discovered the shroud was bent down underneath and the plastic piece that was under the radiator was bent making it appear that the radiator was not removed like it should have been (googled how to install new cam shaft and lifters and step 2 states to remove the radiator) but instead was pushed out of the way causing these pieces to become bent. They stayed to me the radiator would not be under warranty “due to the fact it is leaking internally” and so they did not want to replace the bent plastic piece that wasn’t even fitting properly but instead they did bend back the shroud and got the plastic piece to attach back on. The front service reps are rude and have always treated me as if I have no clue what I am talking about or asking about. Telling me my brake pads and rotors were always worn due to my hard breaking off the ramps off the interstates. My truck has mainly highway miles and having to replace these both 2-3 times is crazy. I will not bring my vehicle back there for service and I will no longer use kudick to purchase new vehicles.

The staff listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and was able to locate one within days. CJ was friendly and prepared for the day I arrived. We had had a previous telephone conversation. Sue had done prep work for the day of the sale and was organized. The experience was really good and I have purchased and leased cars from Kudick for many, many years and they again did not disappoint.

As a first time buying from a dealership I could be more impressed. I was set to go with a dealership my family has bought many vehicles from them with no issue and great treatment but my initial visit to them left me with a sour taste in my mouth that just kept getting worse every time they reached out to me. C.j. was amazing and I will recommend him amd the dealership to anyone I know

My repair was covered by warranty. I still have one message flashing on my dashboard. I haven't called service yet about it. The 3 hour wait turned into 5 hours. I live to far away not to wait. I was ready for the 3 hours

i had my car towed to Kudick Buick on a Thursday because it kept on stalling on me, and they had it fixed the following day. They had to change out 2 solenoids. The employees at their service desk are very helpful and efficient, and i was back to work on Saturday. Thank you for all your help in a not good situation.

My vehicle was promptly takenin, worked on, and returned to me. Just barely had time to finish my popcorn.

They did what I wanted done.

Came in without an appointment with a "no heat" & "coolant hot warning." Service did a quick check and thought it was the thermostat. I was able to leave my Tahoe there. Then Service gave me a ride home. The next day, Service fit me in and fixed the problem. Was able to pick the Tahoe up the following morning. Very much appreciated the ride home, their willingness to try to fit me in, and they were able to fix my problem. Thanks Again Ken Ziel;inski

Excellent service

Hans was able to get me in during my Spring Break for routine maintenance. I inquired about the break pad sensors but he showed me in the diagnostics that I am good to go with tires and break pads. The sensors are on the very conservative side. Thanks Hans!

The service department knows all background history of my vehicle to meet its service needs. If additional needs are required I am made aware prior to repairs.

Technician did solid work on the vehicle, but the personnel at the service counter are less than hospitable. Their attitudes are less than congenial.

I can't ask for a better dealership experience,, I called and told them my Pickup truck was down, with a problem,, they said that I could bring it in,, I really needed a loaner car , and they had one right away,, they called within hours to say they knew the problem,, I gave them the go ahead, and it was only a few hours later they called to say it was ready and fixed,, you can't get any better than that. Very friendly service,, great people

I arrived a little early for my appointment and they got my vehicle in right away. My vehicle was in there for routine maintenance, which was done in a very timely fashion. The service writers were friendly and efficient.

Had a problem that came up and they got me in and fixed it all in about hour and a half it was so great sometimes I am there longer then that for an oil change thanks

I was scheduled for a 60000 mile check up and was asked if I was there for an oil change , there are so many more things that need to be checked . The next appointment I schedule will be at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. New spark plugs and whatever else is expected to be checked at that mileage

After being dismissed by a different GM dealership regarding mechanical problems, a friend told me to take my trailblazer here to have it looked at. Hans and his crew listened to what I had to say, diagnosed my vehicle, and took care of the problem promptly. The best group of guys a girl could ask for!
